Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Supplier Guard AI website and platform (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Supplier Guard AI provides software that ingests supplier invoices, extracts line-item data using AI, and reports discrepancies and pricing trends. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with a 14-day free trial.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your credentials confidential. You must be at least 18 and authorised to act on behalf of your organisation.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Plans: Starter (£49/month), Professional (£149/month), Enterprise (from £499/month).
• All plans include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, your selected plan is billed monthly via our payment processor.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Charges are non-refundable except as required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: upload unlawful content, attempt to reverse-engineer the Service, interfere with other tenants, or use the Service to build a competing product.

5. Your data

You retain all rights to data you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that data solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your data to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated where possible.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate on notice. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
